川乌：毛茛科植物乌头Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.的干燥母根。6月下旬至8月上旬采挖，除去子根、须根及泥沙，晒干。
草乌：毛茛科植物北乌头Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb．的干燥块根。秋季茎叶枯萎时采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。
高良姜：姜科植物高良姜Alpinia officinarum Hance的干燥根茎。夏末秋初采挖，除去须根和残留的鳞片，洗净，切段，晒干。

Indications: 诸中风，口面喎斜。

Usage and dosage: 上切，好醋一碗，煮醋尽，切细，慢慢
炒干，为细末，醋面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服
五七丸，食前茶清送下，一日二次。
