Traditional knowledge – formula	穿山甲一两（酒洗净，和砂仁、陈皮微炒黄色，去砂仁、陈皮，白芍药一两酒浆煮，焙）红曲八钱升麻一两蟾酥五钱笋嫩尖一两毒盛而经络壅塞，痘不易出。

穿山甲：鲮鲤科动物穿山甲Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus的鳞甲。收集鳞甲，洗净，晒干。
陈皮to be verified：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
红曲：为曲霉科真菌红曲霉的菌丝体寄生在粳米上而成的红曲米。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。
蟾酥：蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor或黑眶蟾蜍Bufo metanostictus Schneider的干燥分泌物。多于夏、秋二季捕捉蟾蜍，洗净，挤取耳后腺和皮肤腺的白色浆液，加工，干燥。

Indications: 毒盛而经络壅塞，痘不易出。

Usage and dosage: 上为末。每用二分，酒浆调服。
