Traditional knowledge – formula	巴豆肉二钱三分人言一钱三分生白矾九分绿矾九分雄黄三分蜗牛十个痰核。

巴豆：大戟科植物巴豆Croton tiglium L．的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采收，堆置2～3天，摊开，干燥。
砒石：为氧化物类矿物砷华，或硫化物类矿物毒砂、雄黄、雌黄经加工制成的三氧化二砷。
白矾：硫酸盐类矿物明矾石经加工提炼制成。主含含水硫酸铝钾（KAl（SO4）2·12H2O]。
绿矾：为硫酸盐类水绿矾族矿物水绿矾或其人工制品(绛矾)。
雄黄：硫化物类矿物雄黄族雄黄，主含二硫化二砷（As2S2）。采挖后，除去杂质。

Usage and dosage: 上为末。将口涎调搽核上，以万应膏贴
之，二日一换；再将玉灵膏贴，一日一换。
