生干地黄 赤芍药 川芎 当归 天花粉各等分 1．《医方大成》引汤氏方：小儿生下，遍体皆黄，状如金色，身上壮热，大小便不通，乳食不进，啼叫不止。此胎黄之候，皆因母受热而传于胎也。2．《证治准绳·幼科》：小儿在胎时，因母有热或恣飧酒面热毒之物，传于胎中，令儿生下面赤眼闭，身体壮热，哭声不止，口热如汤，乃胎热之候也。 |
