沉香：瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis（Lour．）Gilg含有树脂的木材。全年均可采收，割取含树脂的木材，除去不含树脂的部分，阴干。
槟榔：棕榈科植物槟榔Areca catechu L．的干燥成熟种子。春末至秋初采收成熟果实，用水煮后，干燥，除去果皮，取出种子，干燥。
三棱：黑三棱科植物黑三棱Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham．的干燥块茎。冬季至次年春采挖，洗净，削去外皮，晒干。
莪术：姜科植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G．Lee et C．F．Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling的干燥根茎。后者习称“温莪术”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，洗净，蒸或煮至透心，晒干或低温干燥后除去须根和杂质。
乌梅：蔷薇科植物梅Prunus mume（ Sieb.） Sieb. et Zucc.的干燥近成熟果实。夏季果实近成熟时采收，低温烘干后闷至色变黑。

Indications: 脾胃虚弱，少食多伤，五积六聚，气块痞痛。

Usage and dosage: 上将京三棱、蓬莪术二味锉碎，用酸醋浸一宿，取出焙干为末，入沉香等拌匀，每称药末一两，用肥巴豆十五个（去皮心膜细研，以竹纸裹压数次去油，取霜），与前项药末一两，再研匀，醋煮稀糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服十丸，食后温生姜汤送下。
