茯神：为多孔菌科真菌茯苓 Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf. 菌核中间抱有松根(即“茯神木”)的白色部分。
龙齿：为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的牙齿化石。
寒水石：为硫酸盐类石膏族矿物石膏或为碳酸盐类方解石族矿物方解石。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。
石膏：硫酸盐类矿物硬石膏族石膏，主含含水硫酸钙（CaSO4·2H2O），采挖后，除去杂石及泥沙。
麦门冬：为百合科植物麦冬或沿阶草的块根。

Indications: 小儿风热，惊掣，心忪，恐悸。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。一二岁儿，每服一钱匕，水七
分，加竹沥少许，煎至四分，去滓温服，日三次，
夜一次。
