Traditional knowledge – formula	黄蜡二两黄香二两（为末，去黑渣不用）香油三两（炖温）乳香末五分没药末五分杖疮，及远年近日一切顽疮。

蜂蜡：蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂Apis cerana Fabricius或意大利蜂Apis mellifera Linnaeus分泌的蜡。将蜂巢置水中加热，滤过，冷凝取蜡或再精制而成。
松香：为松科松属若干植物中渗出的油树脂，经蒸馏或提取除去挥发油后所余固体树脂。
黑芝麻：脂麻科植物脂麻Sesamum indicum L．的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质，再晒干。
乳香：橄榄科植物乳香树Boswellia carterii Birdw．及同属植物Boswellia bhaw-dajiana Birdw.树皮渗出的树脂。分为索马里乳香和埃塞俄比亚乳香，每种乳香又分为乳香珠和原乳香。
没药：橄榄科植物地丁树Commiphora myrrha Engl．或哈地丁树Commiphora molmol Engl．的干燥树脂。分为天然没药和胶质没药。

Indications: 杖疮，及远年近日一切顽疮。

Usage and dosage: 先将蜡入瓷碗内，慢火化开，用箸敲碗
边，续续入黄、香、乳、没，取碗离火，入温香
油于内，搅匀待冷，入水缸内，去火毒。三日取
出油，单纸摊药贴患处。
