黑芝麻：脂麻科植物脂麻Sesamum indicum L．的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质，再晒干。
铅丹：为用纯铅加工制成的四氧化三铅。
槐枝：为豆科植物槐 Sophora japonica L. 的嫩枝。
柳枝：为杨柳科植物垂柳的枝条。
梧桐：为梧桐科梧桐属植物梧桐Firmiana platanifolia ( L．f.) Marsigli的叶、花、根、茎皮及种子。

Usage and dosage: 先用梧枝入锅内，文武火煎，俟焦黑色，
滤去滓，次入黄丹，不住手用柳枝搅黑色，试滴
水成珠不散膏成。用如常法摊贴。
