芦根：禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin．的新鲜或干燥根茎。全年均可采挖，除去芽、须根及膜状叶，鲜用或晒干。
冬瓜子：为葫芦科植物冬瓜 Benincasa hispida (Thunb.) Cogn. 的种子。
薏苡仁：禾本科植物薏苡Coix lacryma-jobi L．var. ma-yuen （Roman. ）Stapf的干燥成熟种仁。秋季果实成熟时采割植株，晒干，打下果实，再晒干，除去外壳、黄褐色种皮和杂质，收集种仁。
桃仁：蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica（L．）Batsch或山桃Prunus davidiana（Carr．）Franch．的干燥成熟种子。果实成熟后采收，除去果肉和核壳，取出种子，晒干。

Usage and dosage: 取半夏（生）、天南星（生）先煎1h后，再倒入剩余药物煎煮，早晚分服，每日1剂。21天为1个治疗周期，共需治疗4个周期。
