Discussion on the Application of Bush and Shrub in Planting Landscape in Northern Hunan

Abstract The varieties of ornamental plant of bush and shrub and their distribution in northern Hunan province were surveyed and the resule showed that there were 71 varieties of shrubs of 32 famlies.In this paper the application way of bush and shrub in planting landscape was analyzed and it was found that we usually planted them at a stretch,line by line,as a fence,at randoman and in clusters.Finally some suggestions on the application and development of shrub and bush in the urban district of nothern Hunan province were proposed.
