Isolation and Identification of Fusarium Species from Cucumber Wilt Diseased Plants in Vegetable Greenhouses in Northeastern China

摘要 376 isolates of Fusarium species were obtained from 38 cucumber plants showing wilt symptom in vegetable greenhouses in Northeastern China. Based on morphological characteristics, these isolates were identified to 6 species, namely F. oxys-porum(82.1%), F. equiseti(9.31%), F. solani(4,52%), F. semitectum(2.93%), F. moniliforme(0.53%) and F. acuminatum(0.53%). 20 Fusarium isolates were got from 8 grafted cucumber plants growing weakly in vegetable greenhouses in Liaoning Province, they belong to F. moniliforme(8 isolates), F. oxysporum(7 isolates), F. semitectum(4 isolates) and F. equiseti(l isolate).
