New Resources of Medicinal Plants of Compositae in Guiyang

Abstract The species, Latin names and geographical distribution of Compositae medicinal plants recorded in Medicinal Material Resources of Guizhou were inspected and revised by field survey, sample collection and classification. The results show that 1 species is a new species and 7 species are first recorded in Guiyang, 7 species are new medicinal resources in Guizhou and 14 species are new resources in Guiyang, 7 species are not found in Guiyang, 2 species are not found in Guizhou, 17 species belong to different Latin names in Medicinal Material Resources of Guizhou. 130 species and 6 varieties of Compositae medicinal plants have been found in Guiyang.
