郁李仁：蔷薇科植物欧李Prunus hztmilis Bge．、郁李 Prunus japonica Thunb．或长柄扁桃 Prunus pedunculata Maxim．的干燥成熟种子。前二种习称“小李仁”，后一种习称“大李仁”。夏、秋二季采收成熟果实，除去果肉和核壳，取　　出种子，干燥。
粳米：为禾本科植物稻（粳稻）去壳的种仁。
生姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的新鲜根茎。秋、冬二季采挖，除去须根和泥沙。
蚬壳：为蚬科动物河蚬或其近缘动物的贝壳。

Usage and dosage: 上先煮粥，临欲熟，入三味搅令匀，更煮
令熟，空心食之。
